 SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

At this time we only offer shipping to the United States. It's $8 flat rate on orders of $50 or less.

On orders of over $50, shipping is free.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours at our California facility.

Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

If you need a custom shipping quote or have a question about your order, please contact us at sales@aromafoundry.com.

I haven’t received my order – how do I check the status?

You should have received a tracking number by email when we shipped it out. If the tracking was interrupted or you never received it, give us a call and we'll help sort it out!

PAYMENTS

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Discover credit card payments.

Do you take orders over the phone or through the mail?

We can process your order over the phone if you're more comfortable with that. At this time, we do not accept payment by mail.

How does the charge appear on my credit card statement?

The transaction will appear under our business name Aroma Foundry.

Are you running any specials or promotions?

Yes! Our deals change regularly. You can find them at the top of our site under our menu. Please let us know if you have trouble using or understanding them. Our team is happy to help.

 

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

With Aroma Foundry, your satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases made directly on our official site up to 30 days after you placed the order (e-commerce third party or retail store purchases excluded; please follow their store's return policy).

If you would like to return your order for a refund, you must notify us via email (sales@aromafoundry.com) about your return. We do not provide return shipping labels. A sales representative will provide a mailing address, and important instructions on how to re-package the order. All returned orders must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the order.

Once all items, including qualified free oil (s), are returned in good condition, you will receive a no-question-ask full refund of the order minus shipping and handling paid as well as a 15% restock fee.

If orders are returned due to insufficient delivery address, Aroma Foundry is not responsible. Customer will be responsible for reshipment cost of package or 15% restock fee if order is no longer wanted. 

Aroma Foundry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

PRIVACY POLICY

Aroma Foundry takes your privacy seriously. We collect simple Google Analytics and conversion data that tells us how you arrived on our site, and what pages you visit. We also collect your email and contact information when you enter it on the first page you visit or when you choose to place an order. We use this information to update you on the status of an order and occasionally follow up to survey usage experience or mail out special offers in a constant effort to improve our products in the future. We will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
